1. All shipments shall be prepaid at time of order.
2. We will usually supply tracking information for each shipped order by the following business day.
3. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Welsh Valley. The customer must make damage claims as soon as detected. Damage claims must be made to the carrier within 10 days of receipt. Save all boxes and packing material. All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
4. All freight charges are subject to dimensional/oversize carrier weight regulations.

RETURNS

1. All returns require a signed Return Merchandize Authorization signed by an authorized Welsh Valley representative. (Please email customer service for an RMA number. Returns received without this authorization will not be accepted.)
2. RMAs are effective for 60 days only. All returns must be returned to Welsh Valley, freight PREPAID at the address shown on the RMA. Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
3. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 90 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resaleable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
4. All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 15% remanufacturing fee.
5. Defective product can be returned to Welsh Valley within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
6. Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Color copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible for return.
7. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.
8. RMA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.
9. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.
10. Certain items are not eligible for return to Welsh Valley, and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer. These items are marked with this icon:: (NR)
    PLEASE NOTE:: Copiers, Printers and Fax Machines cannot be returned to Welsh Valley after the toner cartridge(s) have been installed.
11. If order delivery is refused for any reason, Welsh Valley will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
12. Allow three weeks for return processing.
13. No Cash Refunds will be allowed. Credit only will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.
